Wednesday Scenes

The weather this morning was bit overcast and we were slow to get started. We woke up and read the paper, gobbling down some tasty cinnamon rolls and drinking coffee. Then we moved on to playing games.

All of the sudden it was noon and we realized that the movies we wanted to see were going to start without us if we didn't get a move on! Six of us went to see the new HP movie, and most everyone else saw the one about the cooking rat! It was SideKick's very first movie in the theater!! After the movie we checked out the kites at Kitty hawk Kites and decided one with a tree frog!

When we got home about half of the kids joined GarbageMan on the beach so they could fly the kite while he went out into the water with his kayak! I stayed in with ScrabbleQueen and The BB and played another game of Upwords!! Now we've just finished and the kids have some back, but only briefly to get their swim suits on and to beg for more parents so they can jump waves! So we hit the beach for a while and then went back to the pool.
