First you have to gather some really clean snow - about 3 quarts.
Then mix together 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar & about a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Once mixed well, begin adding fresh snow.
Keep adding the snow until your snow cream is the consistency of ice cream.
Eat it and enjoy!
