Project 365: Day 73 - March 13

We had some great plans for our girls scout troop last night. Instead of our regular meeting we had decided to go see the Harlem Globetrotters. This all came about last Saturday at our cookie booth when Anna won the right to sit on the bench with the Globetrotters! It seemed like a good idea.

And then we started adding up how much hard earned cookie money we were about to drop on one night's entertainment. So we decided to change our meeting plans again.

But what to do?! It was too late to go somewhere else (we contemplated rock climbing at a local gym or ice skating), so we decided to meet at Fabios for dinner and then walk on the Rivanna Trail.

Let me tell you, these girls LOVED it!

We shared pizza and then the girls tried a bit of cheesecake and cannoli before deciding on dessert. They ALL chose cheesecake!

We walked afterward until it got dark and then we turned around. With so much sugar in their systems they had a great time running around and playing tag in the field by the trail.

So, it wasn't the Globetrotters, but it was a good time.
