Project 365: Day 279 - October 5

Remember that trip to the apple orchard last week?

Well, we finally got around to making the applesauce, and boy was it good!

Will helped me cut up all those apples. Then we cooked them with lots of sugar & brown sugar and even some salt! Then, before it had even cooled off we all ate some!
