Duct Tape Dress

Katherine has decided to re-make her DI dress yet again. The first attempt barely stayed on during the Regional tournament. The second outfit included a vest that just did not work, but managed to stay on for the State tournament. Since the team will go to Globals at the end of the month, it's only fitting that Katherine have a new dress to wear!
In an attempt to save duct tape, Katherine made a pattern from paper and covered it with the duct tape. This project took her all day, and its making spanned two meals.
