Grandmother

Grandmother Candy was surprised to see us come through her door this afternoon. She'd been napping but you couldn't tell as she knew who we were right away and rattled off the kids' names. Sure, she got Caroline and Katherine mixed up but we do that ourselves all the time!

They all gave her hugs when we got there and again when we left. Even Will voluntarily and gently approached her and hugged her. She showed us her treasured pictures and brought us up to date on the newest great-grand baby. We hated to leave but she had to go to dinner and we had to get home before dawn!
