Both Worlds

Maybe you can't see her way back in the distance in this shot, but Morgan is there.

In fact, she's the reason we were walking on the road today. Since it was such a nice (not rainy) day, we decided to walk up to the end of the road to meet Morgan's bus. Sometimes we make it on time and wave to her as she gets off the bus. Sometimes, if Caroline's along for the walk, Morgan is greeted with a very special dance.

Lucky for her, today we were just a bit too late. Morgan was spared the embarrassment of having her family wave at her in front of the students remaining on the bus (as well as all of the cars waiting patiently for her to cross the road!), but she had our wonderful company for the long walk down the road to home. Being in middle school, this is the best of both worlds.
