In all of our discussions about the benefits of having an inside dog, the main one being we'd have a live-in "crumb catcher," I never once imagined the dog we now have. Gracie is wired. Gracie is persistent. Gracie is just about everything our last dog wasn't. This is a good thing, I guess. It's just taking some getting used to.
