Project 365: Jan 20

Thank goodness for under armour and ear bands. It was so cold yesterday at 4 when David and Morgan left the house to go for a run, and I worried that she'd get too cold. I needn't have worried at all.

David and Morgan have been frequenting the Rivanna Trail lately for their runs. Yesterday's run was just four miles. She probably didn't even break into a sweat! Already she's a faster runner than I am and I'm guessing it won't be long before she's pushing to enter into a local road race.
